Can you please provide the code that R output when you ran the command? If you are running on a Windows computer, you will likely need to have [Rtools installed](https://cran.r-project.org/bin/windows/Rtools/)....

I'm unable to see the screenshot. Can you copy and paste from your console? Also, we have a new out, [MLWIC2](https://github.com/mikeyEcology/MLWIC2) that I'd recommend using if you're just starting out.

Yes-you need to have Anaconda installed to run this software. Also, if you don't have much experience in R, I'd recommend instead using [MLWIC2](https://github.com/mikeyEcology/MLWIC2). MLWIC2 allows you to run these...

I've been hoping to try using the model to identify individual animals and zebras are probably one of the best options. You would label each individual with a class ID...

Hi Erica, I might be able to dig up that model and make it available. I have a couple of questions though: Are you planning on using this to ID...

For anyone reading this issue in the future, we switched to email for discussion, but I am making this trained model available by request, so please comment on this issue...

You can ignore this error and proceed with classify.

I'm not sure why this happened, but my best guess would be that your training dataset size was too small. How many images were you using for training?

This is a pretty small dataset. Generally the model will perform poorly with fewer than 2-5,000 images per species, especially if in some of those images the animal is far...

Yes-per species, but maybe you'll get lucky with fewer images if you set the the depth to 152. Please keep me posted on how the model does with your dataset.
