what version of the blt-travis plugin do you have? theoretically https://github.com/acquia/blt-travis/pull/5/files fixed this issue but maybe I missed something?

I've run into this issue intermittently as well, and the above solution to comment out the wait method has fixed the issue for me when necessary. it doesn't "always" happen...

we are actively working on decoupling these, btw. and @bkosborne not all Acquia customers use BLT and we didn't want to force it on them.
