4 seconds of 5 seconds?

Hi Prof @mikeizbicki ,

I just wanted to confirm how long our queries can run without a point penalty. In the first half of the assignment writeup, you say our queries should execute in under five seconds. In the second part, you say we will lose 2 points for every second above four seconds that our queries take to run.

What if our query takes 4.7 seconds to run? Does this count as above four seconds, or under 5?

4.7 seconds will not result in a point penalty. 5.7 seconds will result in a 1 point penalty. (I'd be happy to accept a pr clarifying within the assignment.)
