Maybe spruce up the new thread LOADING... message

When you click on an event that is loading, the thread view used to be empty. Now it says "LOADING...". Maybe the UI could be nicer?

I would use the same loading spinner we used for the main feed. I have an idea to make the loading prettier and more "communicative", but for now I think this is a obvious and good general solution for every view that need a visual feedback.

Keep in mind that once I figure out how to do it, we may also need to say "Event not found" or something... to give feedback when it failed so a user knows when it is pointless to keep waiting. So far I've found it hard to implement, but we should be ready for it from a UI perspective.
