Allow disabling user filter input on selection prompts

Sometimes the options are so little that allowing the user to type and press enter (specially on a multiselect) can be misleading

A sane path might be to make filtering opt-in. I have no idea of the % of users that rely on the filtering being there by default to handle e.g. a lot of options.
