After installing Visual Studio Code cannot get access to Internet

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

• VS Code Version: 1.100.2
• OS Version: Windows 10 Home Single Langauge

Steps to Reproduce:

1. As soon as Visual Studio Code starts, web browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox) fail to load any pages.

2. All other Internet-dependent applications (e.g., Whiteboard, Adobe Apps, Outlook, Mail, 3rd Party Apps, etc.) also lose connectivity.

3. As soon as I close VS Code, network access is immediately restored.

Troubleshooting So Far:

1. No VPN or custom proxy is in use.

2. Windows Firewall settings are at their defaults. I use NPAV antivirus.

3. I’ve rebooted, repaired the Visual Studio installation, and updated all network drivers.

4. The issue persists across multiple restarts and user accounts.

Can you share the output of curl -I https://github.com before and after launching VSCode.

I am extremely sorry. But I have uninstalled vscode and all other code editors for personal reasons.
