Administrative access in Windows with Remote Tunnels

Just tried Remote Tunnels and it's great, but:

I'm currently using an SSH tunnel to a Windows machine and have the key in %programdata%/ssh/administrators_authorized_keys, so when I connect can e.g. Start-Service.

With Remote Tunnels it fails, presumably because I'm not an adminstrator.
