Remove unnecessary options.

image Can these promotion options be deleted? Sometimes, accidentally clicking on it will start the installation, but I don't need these extensions.

I could create a setting to turn this off this suggestion if this is an issue for a lot of users.

Verification steps: Use the setting remote.showExtensionRecommendations to enable/disable remote extension recommendations in the remote menu quickpick list.
