Appears to be a race condition on "Rebuild Container"

Version: 1.70.0 Commit: da76f93349a72022ca4670c1b84860304616aaa2 Date: 2022-08-04T04:38:48.541Z Electron: 18.3.5 Chromium: 100.0.4896.160 Node.js: 16.13.2 V8: 10.0.139.17-electron.0 OS: Linux x64 5.17.15-76051715-generic

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Click "Rebuild Container" from a running container.

It will succeed about 9/10 times, but will fail occasionally. It appears the Docker container is still running, when this occurs. Clicking "Retry" solves the problem. Seems like a race condition caused by the not waiting for the container to be in a stopped state.

Happy Coding!

I know it's a robot, but I don't know how "Happy Coding!" can be taken in any way other than a slight when an issue is closed without resolution. It basically reads as "FU".

I'm not particularly offended and I understand that you can't have issues languish, but let's change the tenor to something more respectful. Simply removing "Happy Coding!" from the automated message would be a great solution.
