all passing machine name as a cli argument

allow passing an argument --machine-name or an environment variable VSCODE_MACHINE_NAME to specify a machine name instead of the user input prompt.

this will allow for easier automation with containers, vms etc ...

the "login prompt" can be accessed through vm / docker logs, but opening an interactive shell to input a machine name would introduce an extra step in orchestration that could easily be avoided
