add a review comment using a keyboard binding fails to work

Can you provide some more steps? This looks ok to me.

I have this issue as well. It happens when I hit ctrl+enter to trigger the 'Add Review Comment' button.

As an aside, this keybinding didn't actually exist for me (I had to create it manually), even though it was the suggestion on hover for the button.
