I have installed Docker Desktop locally on windows. However the Docker extension will display this error message Error: "Failed to connect. Is Docker Installed?". Any idea how to fix this?

I also have the same problem. I am trying to fix it for 3 days now and I am losing my mind. Its weird because on the terminal I can use the docker, but it seems like the extension is the problem here. I checked the path and everything, ran thru the settings. Still no luck.
