Display a warning "\filesharename · Unable resolve workspace folder..." in file Explorer after opening a file share in new window

OS: Win 10 Azure Storage Build Version: 20230531.1 Azure Resource Build Version: 0.7.5 Regression: Previous release (0.15.2)

Repro Steps:

1. Create a storage account -> Create a file share.
2. Right click the file share -> Click "Open in Explorer..." -> Select "Open in new window".
3. Check whether the file share shows in file Explorer without any error.

Expect: The file share shows in file Explorer without any error.

Actual: It displays a warning "\filesharename · Unable resolve workspace folder..." in file Explorer.

More Info:

1. This issue doesn't reproduce for blob container.
2. This issue also reproduces after opening in current window or adding to workspace.
3. This issue doesn't reproduce for the attached account.
