OS: Win 10 Azure Storage Extension Version: v0.15.2 Regression: Not a Regression

Repro Steps:

  1. Click "Focus Group" icon to focus the "Storage accounts" node.
  2. Right click the "Storage accounts" node.
  3. Check the context menu.

Expect: There are "Create Storage Account..." and "Create Storage Account... (Advanced)" actions in the context menu. image

Actual: There are no "Create Storage Account..." and "Create Storage Account... (Advanced)" actions in the context menu. image

Verified this issue in latest build 20240611.1, this issue still reproduces.
