[GitHub Codespaces] There is no response after executing the "Browse Website" action

Environment: GitHub Codespaces Build Version: 20230910.1

Repro Steps:

1. Deploy a project to a web app.
2. Right click the web app -> Click "Browse Website".
3. Check whether succeeds to open a web page.

Expect: Succeed to open a webpage.

Actual: There is no response.

More Info:

1. This issue doesn't reproduce on non-Codespaces environment.
2. There is also no response after clicking "Browse Website" button in the below notification.
