Repro Steps:

1. Create a PostgreSQL server.
2. Expand a Linux Node web app -> Databases node -> Click "Add Azure Databases Connection...".
3. Check whether there is a PostgreSQL server in the list.

Expect: There is a PostgreSQL server in the list.

Actual: There is no PostgreSQL server in the list.
