[Suggestion] It would be better to keep the position of the "Open in Portal" consistently between the deployment slot and web app

OS: Mac Build Version: 20221204.1

Repro Steps:

  1. Create an advanced web app -> Check its context menu.
  2. Create a new deployment slot for the above web app.
  3. Check the context menu of the deployment slot.

Actual: The "Open in Portal" action shows in the top of the context menu. Screenshot 2022-12-05 at 17 04 19

Suggestion: It would be better to keep the position of the "Open in Portal" consistently between the deployment slot and web app, as below: Screenshot 2022-12-05 at 17 04 32
