When the deployment failed, users are instructed by a popup to a page like https://aka.ms/AppServiceExtDeploymentFeedback?k=python-other&m=[hex]:

However, the link seems to require a sign-in of the "Microsoft" tenant, which apparently does not seems to apply to general developers.

I'm pretty sure that this is just a dead link at this point so we'll remove this survey.
