Repro Steps:

1. Make sure resource groups by Resource Group.
2. Right click a web app -> Delete.
3. Click "Show 1 of 3 resources. Click..." to show other resources after deleting the web app (the web app disappears automatically).
4. Check whether the deleted web app doesn't show.

Expect: The deleted web app doesn't show.

Actual: The deleted web app shows again.

More Info: Refresh can fix this issue.
