Add Deepness to list of related libraries

We should add Deepness to our list of related libraries.

I actually have a student working on exploring GIS plugins and it turns out there are a lot more than I expected. It may actually make sense to have a different webpage just for those. Let's wait to see the results of that literature review.

Literature review is complete. It turns out there are far more ML GIS plugins than we expected. I think it would make sense to list Deepness and other such plugins in a separate documentation page. TorchGeo will be adding GIS plugins in the near future, at which time we'll revisit this. Closing for now, but we'll reach out to you again in the future!
