[TwoPage] update Xamarin.Forms project UI to match Kotlin sample

This Xamarin.Forms TwoPage example (TwoPage) is not up-to-date with the latest UX in the Kotlin repo.

Some work is required to bring the resources (images, XML layouts) over to update the Xamarin.Forms project and convert to XAML/C#. README/screenshots should be updated to match.
