[ListDetail] update Xamarin.Forms project UI to match Kotlin sample

This Xamarin.Forms List Detail example (ListDetail) is not up-to-date with the latest UX in the Kotlin repo.

Some effort is required to bring the resources (images, XML layouts) over to update the Xamarin.Forms project and convert to XAML. README/screenshots should be updated to match.
