The highlighted intellisense suggestion is reset for the host whenever a guest makes an edit to the same file as them

Describe what happened: If I am choosing an intellisense suggestion (ctrl+space then up/down), any edits made by a connected guest within the same file as the host will reset the highlighted suggestion to be the top suggestion, meaning that exploring a long list of suggestions is possible if a guest is typing. It also means that I will often accept the wrong suggestion if the guest makes an edit just before I hit tab to accept the suggestion.

Steps to Reproduce / Scenario:

1. Host starts typing an expression and presses Ctrl+Space to bring up intellisense suggestions
2. Host uses down arrow key to explore the suggestions
3. Guest edits the same file as the host
4. The host's highlighted suggestion is reset to the first option

Yep, ran into a similar issue to this as well. It's terribly frustrating. In my case I was pressing ctrl+i on a block of highlighted code and getting code suggestions from Copilot and when the guest would move around the file with their keyboard the entire copilot suggestion popup would just disappear along with everything you were typing! So much for that perfectly crafted prompt... :crying_cat_face:
