GCToolKit support for simple logs

GCToolKit doesn't do well with logs that have no details. The attached CMS log should be parsable. gc.out.3 (1).zip

As an FYI, this log is parseable with the changes that I've made. It likely was due to the offset indexing issue that I've been regularly coming across during my testing and will be fixing under #436.
