[Feature]: Ability to paste a list of email addressed to PeoplePicker control and auto-resolve the list of participants

Describe the feature that you would like added

Currently, if the user has to enter a list of people, they have to search and add each participant one-by-one. There is no way for them to paste the list of participants and have the list auto-resolve (something similar to what is supported in Outlook online). For Viva Pulse, we recently heard the user feedback where they had a long list of survey participants who had to be added and it took the users a long time to add each one individually vs being able to paste the whole list at once.

We are currently using: https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/fluentui#/controls/web/peoplepicker and i dont think i see this control in V9 yet.

@hasrivas do I correctly that in the first example here (https://developer.microsoft.com/en-us/fluentui#/controls/web/peoplepicker), you would like to do paste "Anny Lindqvist Anny Lindqvest" and get into the following state?

Is the feature requested for v8 (PeoplePicker) or for v9 (TagPicker)?

@layershifter this is what i see. Unable to resolve or get any suggestions. I tried both using the v8 and v9 versions, similar behavior in both.

We also use this control in many of our SPFx solutions and would be very happy if pasting a list of e-mail addresses were supported
