Dev Tunnel not working - Bandwidth exceeded.

I am developing an application and suddenly the Dev tunnel is failing for me. I can't use Microsoft or Ngrok. It actually says that I have gone over the 5gb limit but this would have to be from me having an llm talk to me while I'm testing and I can't imagine I went over 5g, but Regardless of that, how do I fix this limit! I am at a standstill!
