Need obj-c wrapper support for setting custom transmit profile

For both iOS and Android, we would want to set custom transmit profiles that are supported by the OneDS library.

Currently not supported in obj-c wrapper. We would need APIs in the obj-c wrapper class. Note: Android java wrapper class already has the APIs exposed.

@nishchith-cp - I am not sure of the reason the support to set custom transmit profile is missing for iOS - whether there were technical challenges, or not enough customer to ask for this? In either case, as this is community driven project, contributions are welcome from within Microsoft to add any new required features.
