[BUG] Could not run WebCam notebook end to end - should this be our first notebook?

Description

Could not run it , the last cell on show widget ran successfully but did not show the widget. There is a duplicate issue for it. But overall my feedback is should we keep webcam notebook as the first notebook, because many users will face similar issue and could have bad experience and can easily give up on other notebooks, is their a way to simplify this notebook?

@AnupamMicrosoft Could you give more details about how you run the notebook? I recorded a video of running the notebook on LInux GPU DSVM. Could you tell me any difference?
