Deprecate unsupported channel constants

There are currently several constants in Channels that are no longer supported in the service, this issue involves flagging the obsolete channel ID constants as deprecated.

Here is the list of existing channel ID constants (the ones checked need to be deprecated)

• [ ] Groupme
• [ ] Kik

• [ ] Slack
• [ ] Sms
• [ ] Telegram
• [ ] Test
• [ ] Twilio
• [ ] Webchat

Also, as part of this issue we should consider adding constants for channels supported by the bot service not included in the constant files

• [ ] Kaizala
• [ ] Outlook actionable message
• [ ] Telephony
