Preserve chart settings when re-running query

Great work on this tool, it has a lot of potential to help with ad-hoc querying with the charting functionality.

It would be great if the "View as Chart" feature could remember the chart settings when re-running a query. Currently if you Run the query, configure a chart, then re-run, it will reset the chart settings to default.

Need both preserved setting for the same query; and also the below. Templates (basic settings for charts, so when I am running 5 different queries in a notebook in a row, I don’t have to configure that chart 5 times)

Repro. Run sql query, show chart, config chart with Use first column as row label, rerun query and result reverts to table and chart config change is gone. Thus, have to toggle chart on again and have to config chart again.

Seem to be similar issue to #14179 (<- for notebook)
