[DRAFT - Do not merge] [qdk-python] Update Quantinuum target names
The Quantinuum target names are changing:

Adding new target names where old names appear, 10 occurrences in operational code, 4 in tests. Leaving old names in place until they are deprecated. Test recordings need to be regenerated.
The deprecation date for the old target names is TBD.
