[Bug]: Windows sandbox cannot output camera and mic.

People on our repo and I have been having problems viewing the camera and mic on Windows 11 systems with Sandbox. Image

We have camera privacy settings enabled in the Windows sandbox. Windows 10 seems unaffected.

Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Launch the Windows sandbox on Win11
  2. Go to any webcam test site
  3. Tada can't show video output.

Expected result

For the webcam to be recognised and to see output from the camera.

Actual result

Win 11 sandboxes can get the name but not the video output.

This is still happening, tested on latest version of windows 11 24H2. 26100.3323
