@myokeeh see #4723 . i'm drafting a fix. I also ran into this issue upon first build with the template

When are we going to see a new version of Template Studio that works with the latest stuff? This is an immediate show-stopper for anyone creating a newly generated project updating all NuGet packages.

We truely need .net 8 support for Template Studio to not become outdated. Are there any plans for the near future?
