Add options for including Graph controls from the community toolkit

Describe the solution you'd like The Community Toolkit is adding controls to make it easier to work with the Microsoft Graph. These could make useful additions to Template Studio.

Details of the controls to include and how to integrate them with the generated app are to be determined.

Additional context

The library currently in preview but templates could be added once the preview period ends (subject to minimum version restrictions, etc.)
