Create basic Xamarin template:

  • Framework: MVVM basic.
  • Project Type: Blank.

why is this still open? Please close if the work has been done and merged to dev branch or add details of what is still required.

It's not merged to the dev branch, we only merged multi-project support, nothing xamarin-specific.
