Manufacturing Support Bot

Description

I present to you my Manufacturing Support Bot. It consists of:

• Azure SQL Data Source,
• Azure AI Search,
• Azure function for automatic data vectorization, and
• Chatbot built with the Azure Bot framework.

The solutions is inspired by some of the challenges manufacturing companies face at their production lines. Sometimes problems arise during process runtime and there may not be senior process engineers around who are immediately able to provide their input to more inexperienced operators. A young operator may need to intervene by adjusting machine behavior or process parameters. Timely interventions ensure quality of the machined part stays high and prevent defects or scrap.

For the solution I have used synthetic process specification data generated with OpenAI.
