Thanks for the tip! This time I'll not use it as you duplicated "library functions to apply a controlled gate on a target qubit" by mistake 🙃

@tcNickolas I've noticed that I changed Q# version in this PR. I downgraded it to make the diff of the PR cleaner, but I'm not sure that was necessary. What is the recommendation here?
