Provide an official change log for DacFx releases

Describe the solution you'd like It would be good to have an official change log, describing new functionality that has been added, bug fixes which have been made, etc.

As an experiment, I attempted to construct an unofficial, best-effort, change log for ScriptDom alone. There are limits to publicly derived guesswork such as what went into this blog post, but it was quite enriching for me - I learnt about details about some new features and nuanced updates and changes to existing ones. So, hoping an official change log for DacFx overall, and ScriptDom therein, would be made available sometime.
