"Customer left chat" appears when the conversation is ended

Hi,

We are using the SDK to escalate to the live agent from Copilot studio to D365 Customer agent. When the agent ends the conversation, A message is displayed "customer left chat" and I am not sure where this is coming from. Checked D365 Automated messages and copilot studio but was not able to find the real issue.

Connect with D365 live agent and once agent ends the conversation.

The issue seems not related to Web Chat rather a particular bot. Web Chat is a library providing a chat widget experience and is not related to any particular bot implementation.

The issue tracker is primarily for Web Chat. We do not provide Copilot studio or D365 Customer agent support here.
