Missing "square" NavigationBarMode

Hi, I'd like to use "square" navigation bar mode, that is described in bingmaps docs, unfortunatelly here in defined enumeration it is not avaialble. Could you please add it there, or explain why it should not be avaialble?

I just made a pull request that added this. Not sure who manages the NuGet and npm package deployments.
