life360 demanding google play services

my family uses life360. i was hoping microg would allow me to use it, but no luck. it tells me i cannot use life360 without google play services. i've fiddled around with microg and unifiednlp but it's still not working. must i absolutely have to install gapps?

I also experienced this on LINE, event with fake gapps its still say no Google service working. Same like him. Is there anything I'm miss about?
