Autofac support

This PR adds a new project (which builds to its own separate package) that automates the process of adding the Backblaze Client and Agent components to an Autofac container.

My project is actively using this code (published under a different name). I think it makes sense for it to be centralized. :-)

I'm not sure what process is used to publish new builds to NuGet. If it's automated, it may need to be updated to know about the new package.
