triple-tap-to-pair is not built into the CODAL build

Currently the MicroPython image in the PythonEditor pre-dates the triple-tap-to-pair feature in CODAL being mainstream.

For V2 builds, this should be turned on by default. (the feature doesn't exist for V1).

Builds against https://github.com/microbit-foundation/python-editor-v3/pull/1156 do contain this feature so expect this to get closed as that gets released, but wanted a tracking issue.
