Consider removing Github pages functionality

The Github site-maven-plugin version 0.12 has taken over three hours (!) to create 130 blobs as part of site deployment. That is unacceptable and there is no workaround.

Since javadoc.io hosts Javadocs automatically, consider making the generated site documentation point there instead.
