Latest version rc20 requires some dependencies

Why the latest version rc20 requires me to install the following packages:

@emotion/core @emotion/styled emotion-theming

I put those deps into peerDependences in package.json, it seems that your npm does not install them, but warns the user in order to install it. how is the rc20 working for you ?
