mock position detection for iOS15+

Overview

mocked location flag wasn't working for iOS. iOS 15 introduced a way to detect it.

Test Plan

install https://itoolab.com/download/?product=anygo.dmg. on a pc or a mac. plug your iPhone and change location using de app AnyGo and the mocked. flag will be true
