@huaxiaolin 没加载成功的就自己看X5的文档了吧，我这个方法其实就是在over scroll的时候去给它设置成可以下拉，一共就两句代码有用，只是需要找一下相应的设置方法就行了。

jcenter后续和Google达成的解决方案是，不能再继续上传，但是会保持能够下载，这个你需要去官网看看，紧跟时事
