I believe this is the same issue as #66. After removing the code block, I am unable to reproduce this.

+1 for errors on an existing project. It appears that mongoose-version uses `[email protected]`. My project is using `[email protected]`. Could this be the issue? I'm using `[email protected]`

This is definitely an interesting idea and I could definitely see this being the future of JS syntax highlighting. I see two major blockers. VSCode *public* APIs don't allow this...

After an initial glance, this doesn't seem related to the French keyboard. The backtick character doesn't seem to be auto-closing properly.

This works locally for me. What theme are you using? Can you try with "Atom One Light"?
