Is there a hook to record logs when the status code is 500?

I am trying to record all 500 response in my production environment. Is there a way to record all of them without DEBUG = True ?

According to [JSON:API](https://jsonapi.org/format/#document-resource-object-identification), the `id` field should always be a string, but this isn't the case when fetching relationships through `SqlalchemyDataLayer`.
