One thing that flew around: Postman supports GRPC now. Maybe worth exploring, if it'd make sense to check it out for ZITADEL API.

@livio-a please don't forget to update [our docs](https://docs.zitadel.com/docs/guides/manage/self-hosted/proxy). It might be worth being more strict with the terms proxy and reverse proxy.

Same would go for our own instance of ZITADEL, used for the customer portal on zitadel.cloud. It might reduce the confusion about the account names. People are used to sign-up...
